Members who sign up for a monthly membership will be charged at the time of purchase and then every month there following on the same date each month. Members who sign up for an annual membership will be charged at the time of purchase and then every on the same date. We may terminate your membership and remove you from all our Wild University platforms if your payment fails. All products and materials within the membership will always remain the property of the business and are not to be reproduced or distributed.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy

Membership:

You may cancel your membership at any time by e-mailing our support team at [email protected].  As a new annual member, you may cancel your membership for a full refund within your first 7 days of joining the membership for the first time; this is our planner peace money-back guarantee.  Monthly members are not eligible for a refund, but may cancel the membership 3 days prior to their next billing date in order to prevent automatic renewal.

If you signed up for the monthly membership subscription and would like to switch to an annual membership, you will have to purchase the annual membership first and inform our customer support team who will then cancel your monthly subscription for you. This switch can only happen within 3 days prior to your billing date. Switching from an annual membership to monthly is not possible, unfortunately.

Membership and Course Content:

The Company, from time-to-time, may provide various courses, programs, and associated material for sale separately to the membership.

By using our membership or by ordering our courses, you agree that the content you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.  You shall not create any derivative work based upon the membership content or the courses, and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the membership content or courses.  Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.

Because you will be immediately granted access to membership content and course materials, no refunds will be given for a monthly membership at any time; no refunds will be given for an annual membership more than 7 days from the date of a member's first-time purchase; and no refunds will be given for courses you have been granted access to. We clearly lay out what you will be getting from a particular membership or course on the sales page before purchase, this will give you a full understanding of what to expect within the course. If you have any questions regarding membership or course content, you can contact [email protected] prior to purchase.
