By submitting your idea to the Michaels MAKE Room event, you acknowledge you are providing information to Michaels Stores, Inc. (“Michaels”) including, but not limited to text, writings, suggestions, photographs, graphics, images, videos, inventions, discoveries, ideas, slogans, copyrighted materials, trademarked materials, trade dress, data, prototypes, and/or the like (collectively "Information"). 

You are presenting all Information to Michaels on a strictly non-confidential basis. You assert that you are the owner of all Information presented to Michaels.^. You will not disclose to Michaels any Information which you do not have the free, complete and unrestricted right to disclose to Michaels, and will indemnify and hold Michaels harmless against any liabilities and/or expenses resulting from any third party claim for a breach of intellectual property rights regarding the Information.

No express or implied confidential relationship is or will be established by Michaels' consideration or use of the Information. Your presentation of Information to Michaels is gratuitous and unsolicited. In the absence of an express written agreement to the contrary signed by an officer of Michaels, no compensation is due to the undersigned either for such presentation or for any use or disclosure of the Information by Michaels.  The foregoing terms may not be changed or waived except in writing signed by an officer of Michaels and shall apply to any additional information presented subsequent to the original information. Michaels is under no obligation whatsoever to return any material submitted by the undersigned.
